That's right, she still performs, even with strep throat. We went to the doctor today, and she definitely has the nasty stuff. While there, the nurse practitioner asked me if Sophie had a cough, to which I answered no. Little did I know I was about to be shown up by my 13-month-old, who promptly coughed without missing a beat (might I add, this was definitely on purpose).

Gavin used to do that! When he wanted our attention, especially my mom's, he would cough and we would promptly respond "Oh! Terrible cough!" So he would smile and do it again. I miss him at that age!!
Did I ever tell you that Emelyn learned to cough on command after she heard Sophie doing it. It's too cute, and you're right...you can't say the word "cough" in front of them! Sweet Sophie! Hope she is feeling better!!
Poor thing! Strep throat HURTS! I am a strep carrier, so I get it very easily if I'm around someone with it. So, I can definitely sympathize with the little princess!!!
