We took Will back to the audiologist today. His testing was the same; we will go back in about a week-and-a-half to pick up his bitty hearing aids!
PRAISE GOD that I will know my sweet boy is discerning my whispers of love to him; that he is hearing my songs of the Lord he will one day serve. I am truly humbled by God's goodness.

Keep singing those songs of praise! I know that your attitudes of praise and thanksgiving will greatly influence your sweet children to not feel cheated in life, but rather to feel blessed. There are too many kids that always feel like they get the short end of the stick in school, in friendships, and in other life circumstances. I know that you are going to teach your kids to find the blessings and positives in each situation...even when it is difficult. Bravo for finding the silver linings...even when it's not easy.
Sorry...that got kind of long, but it was on my heart! :)
Oh, and my word verification is hero...pretty fitting. I think you'll be your children's hero as they learn to conquer their stepping stones! :)
We'll be praying for you guys. I'm sure this is not as easy as you're making this sound. At least I can't imagine it would be for me. Will is very blessed to have you and Ben, and especially for your tender hearts. You are already teaching him so much.
