It's Not Even My Birthday!

My wonderful hubby brought me flowers at work tonight. I had to tell Blogger World how much this meant to me for a few reasons:

1. It was about 15 degrees out when he came in, and the roads weren't in perfect condition.
2. He got home from working all day to send me away to work, feed Sophie, bundle her up, and run to the store to buy flowers.
3. He drove the monotonous 25-minute drive to my nursing home with a toddler in the back and sang along to her Sesame Street CD the whole time.
4. There was no occasion... just to brighten my night!

Have I mentioned before how amazingly blessed I am? I cannot fathom why God chose me to be this man's wife, but I'm so thankful He did!

That is so amazing! You ARE blessed! I'm even more impressed with the singing than with the flowers!

After I read your latest post to all the kids, because we are home from school because of ice for day 2, Will said to Ben "You've got to be kidding" when Ben sang all the Sesame Street songs. He'll probably be doing it someday when he has kids.

hi ben it's justin arbuckle i want to go to your house and see sophie.

Aw! You deserve them, hon!

We are praying for you in these final weeks... for peace, rest, focus (as there always seems to be so much to *do* before you feel ready...)

The Hooper's send love!

I didn't know you were working. Speech, Nights? Not to be nosy, I just hadn't read about that part of your life on here and was curious :)

I thank our Lord every day for the men that he brought into my daughters' lives. We are truly blessed to have Ben and Troy as our sons-in-law! Love, mom

It must be the month for husbands to do good deeds for their wives. Good job, Ben.
